Elgin Kim, with more than 9 years in the mobile industry, has been involved in the mobile content business since its U.S. introduction and currently serves as Head of Sales - West, for Nokia. Kim is responsible for generating revenue and evangelizing the effectiveness of mobile advertising. With the emphasis on “doing it right”, he is proving that mobile marketing brings value to the user, advertiser, and is monetizable for publishers.
Kim joined Nokia in 2007, as part of the Enpocket acquisition where he held the position of V.P. of Sales and Business Development and brought key advertisers to exploit the mobile medium to lift brand awareness with a strong focus on exceeding ROI.
Prior to joining Nokia, Elgin has worked on projects spanning the mobile ecosystem including interactive voice response, location based services, streaming mobile media, and mobile applications for supply chain management.
